Challenge
Our task was to design the UX and UI of an advanced web panel, containing four complementary modules; for field worker, specialist, manager and administrator. The customer wanted the panel to be user-friendly and highly intuitive, and its operation to be effective. In addition, our goal was to design and develop an AR Solutions website that would provide the company with a high level of conversion from user visits.
Solution
Technical scope UX Research HTML/CSS (SCSS) JavaScript (ECMAScript) PHP Responsive Web Design (RWD) Custom theme Custom templates Multilanguage CMS support Mailing system Due to the complexity of the AR Solutions platform, designing the UX required a proper approach that would allow us to logically divide the action into individual system modules, as well as organize a large amount of functionality. Before approaching this task, we decided to conduct tests and a series of interviews with users from target groups defined by the client. Based on the research results, we prepared a lofi mock-up and then meticulously discussed each element of the system with the team. The UX designed in such a way was repeatedly tested. Then we prepared a dedicated graphic system and coherent system elements that fit into the design system.
Results
We have created a modern, intuitive and at the same time the interesting design of the web panel, which allows users to easily use all the functions of the system. In addition, we have prepared a fully responsive and easy-to-navigate website that presents the most important advantages of the company in an interesting way and emphasizes its technological character.
