Challenge

McDonald’s Baltics is a mobile loyalty app for customers of the brand in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Its main purpose is to offer users personalized deals, provide information about new promotions, products, and nutritional values. As well, users can always find a detailed description of all McDonald’s restaurants in the region and access McDonald’s customer service. INITIAL REQUEST The client wanted to build an app for iOS and Android that would increase brand communication with customers and provide a personalized approach. The idea was already accompanied by a developed business strategy wherein the company had specified all necessary features and set all of the objectives they planned to reach. GOALS Get the best deals based on the user’s personal preferences and behavior Find information about new promotions, products and nutrition information Search for the nearest McDonald’s restaurant and get the full info about it Increase the loyalty of the customers with the help of access to the customer support.
