Challenge
The client wanted to sell their courses to the council and help professionals succeed in cracking interviews to grow in their respective careers. The clients wanted to collect leads and set up appointments for those professionals who were interested in their services and product. The client also wanted the interested people to fill up an online form through which they could evaluate the interested professional. The client wanted a platform that could take care of all their business requirements and can be easy and effective to market online. The client did not have any website and did not know which platform to choose to build their website to get their business running.
Solution
We recommended the client get a funnel designed instead of a website as it is easier and more effective to market online. We also recommended the client get two funnels designed, one funnel would be to collect leads, get the evaluation form filled, and set up appointments. The second funnel would be for those candidates who had been evaluated by the client and had an appointment. As per the evaluation of the client, the candidate would get a mock-up interview, with the help of which the client would help the candidate prepare for the interview for the job he/she seeks. We also integrated both the funnels so that after the candidate had been evaluated and before the client would give access to the candidate the mock-up for his/her interview, the client could charge them for their services through an online payment gateway.
Results
We created and designed both the funnels for the client. We also integrated the funnels with appointments set up application Calendly. We also created an Opt-in form so the through the funnels the client could also collect leads from the people who visit the funnels. As the business requirement of the client, we also designed and integrate the evaluation form into one of the funnels. We also set up and integrated an e-mail marketing platform, Mailchimp, into the funnels so that the client could send marketing e-mail, notifications, and alerts to their clients and leads.
