Challenge
The new website needed to make it easier to accomplish daily banking tasks, find out what else the bank had to offer, and connect with minority owned, female owned businesses and entrepreneurs. To create a website that matched their professionalism, passion, and personality, Lead Bank worked with ZIV on a complete web redesign.
Solution
To create a consistent brand experience that seamlessly shifted from physical building to digital experience, ZIV gathered information through sessions with the Lead Bank executive team, staff, and current bank clients. New content, account information, and program names were developed in accordance with the findings. User testing was performed at each step of the process to ensure ease of use and accessibility.
