Challenge
Authentic Nawlins' favorites in the heart of Central Florida After having successfully launched Tibby's New Orleans Kitchen, his second restaurant concept, Brian Wheeler approached us with the need to update Tibby's online presence, as well as the overall look & feel of the concept. Serving authentic New Orleans cuisine, Tibby's boasts a festive atmosphere, full of vibrant folk art, funk music and the smells and flavors of the Big Easy.
Solution
Manifesting the concepts across multiple touchpoints Our first challenge was overhauling their website and creating a site that serves as an extension of the brand on the internet. We designed a site that not only looked better, but gave consumers what they were looking for and did some of the heavy lifting for the brand before the customer comes in the door. Getting the word out on the biggest party in town Along with a new website, we overhauled their in-restaurant menus, POP displays, and streamlined the restaurant’s marketing initiatives including a refreshed Social Media, PR, and Digital Marketing strategy to propel the brand forward as it leveraged its existing visibility and continued to build brand awareness among a targeted audience.
