Challenge
Bavarian Window Works first came to us in 2014. They wanted to develop a world-class marketing strategy and a lead generation system that could be repeated year-over-year, for 3-5 years. They understood the value of digital marketing and wanted to be a thought leader in their industry when it came to their digital marketing strategy. Bavarian’s business approach is to create personalized packages to fit seamlessly with the lifestyle and home of each client. They believe that windows and doors are the most important architectural features of the home and their team of knowledgeable experts will see projects through from start to finish, ensuring the best client experience.
Solution
Since 2014, Intrigue has developed and implemented holistic lead-generation strategies including: • Website Development with the creation of a new site • Video Production • Google AdWords • Facebook Advertising • Blogging • Email Marketing • Video Advertising • E-Commerce • Targeted, Coordinated Advertising Intrigue used targeted Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising to drive new engaged visitors to their site. We wrote monthly blogs focusing on researched SEO keywords and created engaging, value-based content for current clients and new leads. We re-purposed the blogs we crafted in their monthly email marketing campaign to engage their current clients and stay top of mind, while also providing value-based content to showcase Bavarian Window Works as a thought leader in their industry. More recently, we produced three videos (watch them here), with their A-Clients (awesome clients) to use in their Facebook Advertising campaign, blog, and email newsletter.
Results
We anticipated that this strategic and coordinated campaign would increase their leads from 75 in 2014, to 300 in 2017. The results exceeded our expectations: • In 2017, there were 353 quotes requested. • This is up from 236 requests in 2015 and 75 requests in 2014. • In 2017, the clicks on their phone number increased by 209%, to 210. • This is up from 68 clicks in 2016. • Since January 2014, traffic on their website has increased by 45%. • This is up from 9,771 users to 14,210 users, with a 42% increase in new users. • In 2017 Google CPC accounted for 7% of overall traffic and Social Media accounted for 4.53% of traffic. The Future We look forward to working with Bavarian Window Works in 2018 as we create new, optimized paid campaigns in AdWords and Facebook, with remarketing and 2-step landing pages to attract more awesome clients and gain profitable leads. (By using the Facebook Pixel we’ll be able to target ads to specific groups of individuals, in order to advertise to clients with content that is specific to where they are in the purchase funnel.) Bavarian’s 2018 paid optimization campaign will include Google AdWords, Google Display, Remarketing, and Youtube Video Campaigns that will work together to attract their best clients.
