Solution
Through our AdScience® customer data platform, we collect information across all marketing channels, such as direct mail, paid and organic search, broadcast and out of home, and match that back to client CRM data. This has helped us to quantify the customer journey, when selling a house, is not siloed into either offline or online channels. We continue to work hand in hand with HomeVestors® to implement a truly innovative, fully-integrated marketing program.
Results
Over the course of our relationship, the company has grown to over 1,200 franchisees, purchased over 100,000 houses nationwide, and remains Americas #1 Home Buyer.
