Finstech are a newly established Suffolk based recruitment agency, specialising in the provision of Financial Services, Accounting, Insurance and IT Project resources. Their experienced agents connect employers and job seekers across the financial, insurance and technology industries. They approached GLO seeking a new, visually sleek website with bespoke functionality catering to both employers and employees, allowing job-seekers to upload CVs and discover positions, and for employers to post job openings. THEIR OBJECTIVES WERE TO: Create an optimised website with bespoke functionality catering to both employers and employees Develop an easy-to-navigate interface Improve organic search rankings in the areas of London and Suffolk

We created a visually effective, site, built as a continuation of the client’s existing logo and branding, resulting in a clean, modern and professional look. Taking consideration of functionality, our web designers implemented effective touches of colour over a sharp white background throughout, with the intent of drawing user attention to the most important areas of the site, including CTA buttons. Each aspect of Finstech’s website was carefully optimised for search using a number of proven, best-practice strategies, including extensive keyword and keyphrase research, allowing the site to rank highly in SERPs for relevant search terms. This was furthered by on-page SEO, and authority building. GLO’s balance of effective UX design and focus on CRO helped create a natural user journey, funnelling valuable users from search to recruitment at a significantly increased rate. From bold CTA buttons to search functionality, each aspect of this build captures the attention of potential leads, skillfully guiding them to the client’s desired point of action – with a particular focus on the ‘submit a CV’ and ‘post a job’ functionalities.
