Challenge
TCLPfiber launched in 2019 in time to meet increased broadband demands for remote work, online school and entertainment. The network is also a tool to attract tech and other companies to the Traverse City area. Without a full-time marketing staff, TCLPfiber’s subscription goals seemed impossible to meet. To launch powerfully, they partnered with Forward Vision, a marketing agency with deep launch experience.
Solution
TCLPfiber’s phase one goal was 800 subscribers in the first year toward an end goal of 2,000.
Results
In the first month, 433 citizens checked online to see if they were in the phase one service area, and 165 signed up. TCLPfiber’s goals are well within reach and subscriptions continue to grow.
