Elevated Safety provides professional rope access courses, services, and gear. We not only expanded their online business model by adding a gear shop, but streamlined their course sign-up process with an interactive calendar. With in-depth course overviews, lead-generating services pages, and fully functioning online store, the new Elevated Safety site is full of interactive and business generating touch points for their customers.

Solution

THE GEAR SHOP Foresite created a full-service digital gear shop for Elevated Safety's wide variety of equipment. Customers could easily find what they were looking for with clear, easy-to-navigate interfaces, graphic menus, and product filter systems. Once their desired product is found, they will get all the details they need with in-depth product detail pages. COURSE REGISTRATION AND SIGN-UP Foresite worked to increase the ease of access and sign-up for courses offered by Elevated Safety by implementing an interactive course calendar, as well as detailed course information pages and individual event pages. Returning customers can quickly find an upcoming class that fits within their schedule using the calendar, while new users can familiarize themselves with the course offerings and prerequisites on the course information pages. YOUTUBE While Foresite did not shoot videos for Elevated Safety, we provided post-production and management of their YouTube channel. Promoting this for of outreach gives Elevated Safety the perfect platform to gain interest and credibility in a field that is incredibly hands-on and highly active.
