K3 is a global SaaS platform that helps fashion and retailer brands create transparency throughout their supply chains. Their clients include Ted Baker, Ikea and Regatta. Following a successful brand workshop, Firebrand worked with K3 to build a brand strategy that informed a new visual style and repositioned them as the go-to sustainable software platform for the fashion industry.
Solution
United thinking through a programme of online workshops: With Firebrand as facilitators, the K3 leadership team was brought together from locations across Europe and North America for a series of brand strategy workshops. Our online workshop programme allowed effective use of participants’ time. Defining a unique brand strategy and clear market position: Firebrand helped K3 define their purpose, vision, mission pillars, brand archetype and unique value proposition. With a fashion industry urgently needing to address sustainability, K3 responded and clearly defined its role: transforming retail for good. Expressing meaning and positioning in a distinctive identity: The drive towards a circular economy is at the heart of the brand idea. The energy of the repositioned business was captured in a dynamic new brand mark and vibrant colour palette, then detailed with a comprehensive design system and brand guidelines.
