Challenge
When Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine approached us to up their marketing game, they were actually known as “Sports Medicine Atlantic Orthopaedics”. The healthcare practice had been working with a PR consultant but didn’t have much of a cohesive brand or clear idea of who they were and who they wanted to be. It was time to rebuild.
Solution
Behind the brand, we saw a skillful team of Board-Certified doctors and physician assistants – true experts in their field. We needed to communicate that with their audience, and our strategy centered on elevating their expertise while speaking to their patients on a personal level. We began with a rebrand, crafting a new logo and the tagline, Dedicated To You. Our marketing plan was robust and covered a variety of different outreach methods, from digital ads and social media management to print advertising and public relations. We redesigned their website and coordinated a photoshoot to capture the providers interacting with patients. We created an SEO strategy and launched a digital newsletter, the Atlantic News, for the practice to stay in touch with their patients and educate them on health topics and clinic updates. We took advantage of every opportunity that we could to position the providers as leaders in their field – most notably through press releases in the paper and recurring features in Seacoast Medical Sunday. We even got the providers on radio for a weekly Patriots Injury Report, where each specialist discussed player injuries specific to their interests.
Results
The outcome of all that hard work? We successfully positioned Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine as a leader in their field and the Seacoast’s leading orthopaedic practice. People now know Atlantic Orthopaedics for their state-of-the-art technology and cutting-edge advancements in medicine. They are high ranking on search engines as a result of our SEO efforts. And, we’ve helped keep the practice top-of-mind among their audience.
