The introduction of the Canadian Anti-Spam Law placed every company in Canada under a tight timeline to ensure every email address they were sending to had consent from the end user. A new email campaign was set up to promote Castle and engage the user to consent to receiving Castle news and a new user list was set up for future emails.

Many consumers had a hard time locating a Castle store in their area so we developed the smoothest possible store locator we could think of. The store locator includes a Google Street View image of the store, hours of operation, wesbite link & contact info to make finding a Castle Building Centre as quick and easy as possible

Castle Building Centres publishes four different publications year-round, each focussed on a different aspect of the Canadian building industry; Contractor Advantage for all things contractor related, it’s French counter-part Avantage Entrepreneur, the design focussed Ideas magazine & Rough Contstruction. Our team was tasked with re-designing each of these magazines all the way from internal layout to choosing a new finish to give the magazine a premium feel.
The newly designed publications are used as a tool for store owners to suggest products to consumers and readership has increased 10% since our team gave it a new face.
