Their Story I’m telling you her story because I think you can relate. Shivjiyoty has a good Mala’s store. She had a good number of leads each month but she wanted to kick it into high gear. Like you, she would be doing manual lead generation like networking in order to keep the client flow up enough to support the business. The Challenge The most changing part for Shivjioty was revenue) She just started to work with Klaviyo and had only a few hundred subscribers. We had to create a good email strategy for new subscribers and buyers and make an accent on the big list of website visitors, who didn’t subscribe. She has a sell a great product, but nobody work with her email lists.
Solution
We created an email strategy – Full package with pretty standard 10 flows in Klaviyo. Like a Pre-Purchase, Abandonment, Brose Abandonment, Post-Purchase and other… Simple stuff to us, but interesting content to some of her readers. Before we started she has 1% revenue from emails, after 2 months – 47%! We created a universal system with 4 steps for our email strategy. Email Road-Map and Frameworks First, we analyze the brand, website and create the road-map with all flows and emails inside what will explain everything to the subscribers about brand and products. Copywriting Created content for all emails required by the email marketing strategy. White 2 different subject lines for the next A/B test in the future. Email design After the copy, we created the design. HTML responsive email templates for all emails in the flows required by the email marketing strategy. It was a template with brand style (brand colors, fonts, images…).These templates we need for the next step that we used for creating unique emails in the Klaviyo. Flow Implementation Once we have all copy and designs, we’ll head to the lab and get start to implement all your brand content to the Klaviyo and create the flows. The plan is in place, everything is mapped out, we write the campaigns and load it all into your chosen email marketing software. A few templates just to understand what was done.

Only a few months we spent to move Shivjiyoti account from 0 to 47% Revenue.
