Challenge

Organic Avenue is premier organic plant-based grab and go retailer with 10 locations in New York City, providing fresh breakfast, lunch and snack items as well as cold-pressed juices and smoothies. The company was losing money when purchased by our client, due to poor operational decisions and a lack of strategic marketing efforts.

Solution

Delucchi Plus was hired to immediately triage and streamline marketing efforts to bring consistency to branding and collateral, focus on higher-margin products, and create new signage and messaging to increase visibility and generate more foot traffic. We then created a 90-day interim marketing plan to immediately boost online and in-store advertising to raise sales. Our team is currently in the process of implementing paid search and initial SEO initiatives, as well as providing a social media strategy and content to help set consistency and variety across Organic Avenue’s social channels while working in concert with Organic Avenue’s internal team for implementation. We have also created menus, promotional collateral, pop-up location signage, packaging design, window and in-store signage.
