Challenge

The Standstill During a Crisis Can Lead to Progress in Mobility. Let us dwell for a moment on the fact that we all… pause for a moment. The corona crisis has left us all face to face: no more traffic jams, improved air quality, people play sports, and so on. What immense difference could this make if we all embraced this 'new normal'? You decide. Objective Create awareness around the proposition 'the new normal' of Numobi and generate leads to info.numobi.eu/jij-decided where the top topical campaign with spokesperson Stijn Meuris is located. The landing page is the starting point of a conversion funnel that should ultimately lead to a request for a personal quote to drive electrically.

Solution

We worked in 3 phases. Central to a first phase : creating awareness about electric driving and stirring up the debate during the crisis. Teaser videos were used as advertisements on Facebook and LinkedIn. These social ads lead to the full campaign video on the corresponding landing page, where interested parties can leave their details and we could thus form their buyer persona (see also dallas.be/buyer-persona ). In the comments section below our campaign, we sparked off a very engaged debate with all the pros and cons around the theme. In a second phase , we ensure that these people are presented with all the necessary information via a nurture e-mail flow to make a conscious, well-considered choice. After all, we know from experience and our collaboration with Numobi that the choice for a new mobility vision is not easily made. In this second consideration phase , we also offered relevant content in the form of blogs, depending on the data capture that the buyer persona left on the landing page. One could also subscribe to the newsletter . In a third phase, the decision phase of the funnel, we reached our buyer persona with retargeting messages on LinkedIn and Facebook. In it we offered them the option to link to the configurator with which they could calculate a tailor-made quotation for their chosen car + leasing package ( configurator.numobi.eu/nl ). Based on this, Numobi then establishes personal contact through their sales team to further guide the lead and turn it into a customer.
