Building awareness of an iconic brand's innovations
Challenge
The campaign T-fal did with CREW Marketing Partners aimed to reach consumers unfamiliar with the trusted brand’s full offering. While the services and opinion of the brand were high quality and well-received, it was clear that consumers at large were unfamiliar with all that T-fal had to offer, and CREW aimed to change that!
Solution
CREW Marketing Partners had a two-pronged strategy: connect with the community, and offer a helping hand. To connect with the community, CREW focused on educating the consumer on how T-fal’s kitchen products could deliciously improve their every day. This paired with their second approach which was to create entertaining social content focused on innovation which helped bring T-fal’s tagline “By Your Side” to life. These two major strategy categories allowed T-fal to not only educate consumers, but to build an online community where content could be shared, opinions could be gathered, and their brand could grow!
Results
With over 10 million impressions across all of their social platforms, T-fal has seen a massive growth in their connection to their consumers. Canadians are now kept in the loop with T-fal’s home innovations, and can share their content more easily than ever before.
