Helia - CBD Oil
Challenge
The biggest challenge was that Helia was a new brand in a very competitive niche (CBD Oil). We needed to first define the vision and branding consistent with the long term vision of offering organic, vetted CBD Oil that users did not mistake as marijuana or view as a product for “Stoners”. The work addressed three critical issues for Helia CBD.
Solution
A product that lacked branding or unique packaging: Our teams focused their efforts on an exploratory phase initially outlining ideal color palette and logo variations to ensure we did not stop until we achieved a unique brand An online presence that was professional and mobile responsive: With hundreds of websites offering CBD oil we knew we had to match the beautiful packaging with a website that would render on mobile and standout. A platform the client could easily upload content to and grow with: We built the website on Shopify to ensure the client had the ability to upload their own content to engage users and increase their SEO. We used several Shopify plugins such as Klavio and Conversio so the client had the ability to use marketing automation and grow sales without doing excessive hard coding/customization. Solution Our solution was to customize a Shopify website that was: Mobile responsive Fast loading speed time SEO optimized Easy for client to use Automated via plugins such as Klavio, Conversio and Referral Candy.
Results
Branding Helia correctly and building a platform such as Shopify vastly improved the company’s marketing and web objectives and online revenue. Our branding initiative’s: Helped customers feel more secure about purchasing CBD online. Defined mission and brand in a saturated industry full of green leaf/stoner brands. Automated marketing functions such as; e-mail and content marketing.
