THE CLIENT Sevenstep is a global leader in recruitment outsourcing annually ranked as a top enterprise RPO provider on HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen list. THE CHALLENGE The company’s website was outdated in design, UX and representation of the brand. It didn’t tell the brand’s story nor did it differentiate Sevenstep from a competitive field. As first touchpoint for many potential clients, the website was not making the first impressions Sevenstep needed.

THE PROCESS Following interviews with internal and external stakeholders, competitive analysis and requirements gathering, ClearEdge Marketing set out to map a website that not only told Sevenstep’s brand story, but delivered a digital experience to current and potential clients that reflected the caliber of the brand.

THE OUTCOME The new website brings to life the unbounded nature of Sevenstep through strong visuals that reinforce the company’s value proposition and key differentiators. Data points, client success stories and testimonials are placed strategically throughout the site to demonstrate the value Sevenstep provides. In only a few months time since launch of the site, time spent on site has doubled, number of pages consumed per visit has increased and there has been a huge decrease in the bounce rate. Additionally, the newly launched website has garnered positive feedback from employees, analysts and industry influencers.
