Challenge

After six seasons on the road, NBC entrusted CLAMOR with the legacy of the SNF Bus. Seeking to take the program to the next level, fresh thinking and new ideas were needed to deepen fan experiences and drive participation.

Solution

CLAMOR reimagined the entire fan experience, incorporating an NFC-enabled system that drove data-capture success while improving fan interactions by personalizing their content creation. Technology-driven experiences were introduced to enrich fan engagement, and time-tested elements were improved and retained.

Results

The program performed spectacularly, achieving the goal of elevating the fan experience as well as driving throughput and data capture. The primary goal of exceeding the previous record for visitors in a season was crushed, achieving 160% of that stretch goal while doing even better in terms of data capture, beating all previous records by nearly 300%. And along the way the program produced over 30,000 pieces of custom content which fans used for over 16,000 social shares.
