Our client approached our team to commission the development of a car services marketplace. In our consultation sessions, the client envisioned the application of technology in the automotive industry, specifically connecting car repair shops in the UAE with car owners. The goal was to simplify the process of finding car repair services and aid shop owners in expanding their customer base. Undoubtedly, car owners would find great convenience in selecting the right automobile service through a marketplace app.
Solution
We initiated the project by crafting the design from the ground up and constructing the database structure with interconnections. Our team proactively addressed challenges related to payments and failures, offering innovative solutions. We also offered valuable guidance on implementation strategies and measures to prevent potential error cases in the future. Results
We initiated the marketplace app development with the creation of an MVP. Upon launching the MVP, it became evident that 80% of the traffic was originating from mobile devices. In response, the client opted to proceed with the development of a mobile version of the automotive management software.
