Challenge
Having maxed out SEO strategies, NerdWallet sought a new approach to generate brand awareness to drive traffic.
Solution
Being a data-led company, we used our Brand Operating System (bOS) approach to test messaging, validate audience segmentation and confidently scale, rather than blindly rush into mass-market communication. We internalized NerdWallet’s market segmentation, persona definition and customer journey, and built upon this to deploy a systematic content creation and distribution approach for online and TV. Using our bOS process, we were able to iterate on the lessons learned in the least expensive channels and take those learnings into tests on additional channels and ultimately on national DRTV as a means to launch the new NerdWallet brand.
