Forrester Research, already a leader with its popular Customer Experience Index, is aggressively moving to add management products for global enterprises. Core brand expression, develop language to be incorporated into the parent Forrester brand.
Solution
Agile Website We built a website that needed to be engaging, agile, speedy and give great SEO value. The content focused on the customer, and highlighted the improvements big brands made after hearing constructive consumer feedback. Online Ads Online ads encouraged people to engage on the platform with popular local companies. Social Content Social content engaged users by piggybacking on popular stories and events, like the Superbowl, and through social proof, as local residents shared their experiences of using the app. Partnerships Partnerships with popular local companies boosted the campaign and reinforced local messaging. Street Teams Street teams engaged users in real time, driving downloads at local events and drawing in users in with fun merchandise. Branding and Messaging BKW helped Forrester settle on their core messaging for TAP, creating a hyper-local campaign that encouraged users to engage in their communities.
Results
The product ultimately became FeedbackNow and was launched in 2019. 11,000 App Downloads in 120 days BKW helped Forrester reach and exceed the target goal of 10k app downloads during the campaign.
