Challenge
First Community was a true community bank, with a mission to demonstrate leadership and service within the communities they served and offer products, services and expertise that would meet the needs of both business and retail customers. Throughout our partnership, our goal was to uphold and reinforce this mission, help them achieve their strategic marketing objectives and act as stewards of the First Community brand in everything we did.
Solution
While each year brought a new marketing and advertising strategy, we were always committed to helping them navigate and uncover new opportunities. When we began working with First Community in 2013, we helped them transition from four individual charters in Joliet, Plainfield, Homer Glen and Burr Ridge to one bank with a unified brand identity. In everything we did, our relationship with First Community was truly a partnership. Without an in-house marketing department of their own, we were a part of their team – functioning as their full-service marketing crew day in and day out. And we loved every minute of it!
