Challenge

Our mandate from Polo Travel was to bring their website into the 21st century. Experiencing significant competition offered by book-it-yourself websites, Polo Travel wanted to get the message across that using an experienced and reliable travel agency is virtually the same cost as booking it yourself, but with the added advantage of personal service, personal guarantees, extensive choices and of course, the peace of mind of having an expert put all the details of your trip together.

Solution

Organizing the site was our first priority. We worked closely with the Polo Travel team to get it right. In this case, strong organizational skills were key to creating a website architecture that would cover all the bases and make it easy for customers to search and discover. Our designers took advantage of fabulous photographical assets that tell the story in beautiful imagery. The site’s unique selling proposition is its simplicity and truly inspirational photography. The call to action throughout the site is to call Polo Travel for details. The result is a dynamic, robust website that whets the appetite for more, assures the customer that they are getting the best deal possible and encourages exploration. Overall, a colourful site that is as hard-working as it is beautiful.
