Challenge: Modernizing Employee Engagement at Bonduelle Bonduelle, a global leader in ready-to-use frozen and canned vegetables, faced a significant challenge in keeping its workforce engaged and informed. With many employees working outside traditional office settings—such as on plant floors and in remote areas—relying on outdated communication methods like bulletin boards and closed-circuit monitors was proving inefficient. Bonduelle recognized the need for a modern, accessible platform to foster real-time communication, streamline information sharing, and boost overall employee engagement and productivity across their global operations. Bonduelle staff were previously provided with company information through notices on bulletin boards or closed circuit monitors in lunchrooms. This out-dated method was inefficient and ineffective, so we worked closely with Bonduelle to create a convenient and efficient system that works for them.
Solution
Solution: A Custom Intranet and Branding Overhaul To address this challenge, ZOO Media Group collaborated with Bonduelle to design and implement CommuniGo!, a customized intranet web application paired with a mobile app. The goal was to create a unified platform that offered quick access to essential information, company news, and updates. ZOO Media Group not only developed a visually appealing, easy-to-use web application but also gave the platform a comprehensive branding overhaul, ensuring it aligned with Bonduelle’s corporate identity. The application was designed with a mobile-first approach to ensure employees, regardless of their location, could stay connected. Key features of the intranet include: Personalized employee profiles Work schedule management, time-off requests, and document handling Real-time communication tools like chat and feedback mechanisms Integration of live webinars for training and development Additionally, the branding refresh, including a modern logo for CommuniGo!, was designed to reflect Bonduelle’s innovative spirit.
