The XD Agency’s live/virtual hybrid summit created an open forum to share strategies, ideas, and best practices to move Coca-Cola forward with innovation and sustainability.
Solution
Part keynote and part workshop, this dynamic experience connected 220 marketing leaders in attendance while bringing the meeting to life for a virtual global audience of 4,000. To keep the groups connected, we created a live “Chatter” feed for virtual attendees to interact with live attendees. A team of on-site “Chatterazzi” was tasked with tracking, gathering and sharing questions and ideas from the virtual audience with the live presenters and attendees. Working extensively with multiple disciplines within the Coca-Cola organization, one key collaboration was with the company’s IT group who were integral to providing both an event feed for the livestream as well as future on-demand access.
