Challenge
Objective To develop an app to connect with existing or new customers and interact with them regarding the range of vehicles by Nissan they own or willing to own. To provide them (customers) the information on the car they are interested in, like Make & Model of car, its technical specifications, its features etc. To keep them updated about the servicing or repair of car which is recommended or is pending if in case. Challenge To develop an app that is user friendly and easy to use To cater local (Arabic) and English speaking customers To maintain and update the app as required
Solution
We made a list of issues of the client and brainstormed with our team of app developers to find the solutions. During this phase, we ensured that the interface is quite user-friendly and provides apt information when asked. For the better understanding of local costumers and to develop an instant connect with them, Arabic language was implemented in the app. A team was formed to maintain and update the app and to answer the customers if any query, feedback or a complaint is raised. SEO team ensured that app gets good page ranking. Team examined and analysed the whys of then present scenario and came up with a solution to move up the ranking of app.
Results
The android version of Nissan Oman app was up and running within 6 months and is catering to Nissan customers in Oman. However, iOS version is in a testing phase and soon Nissan Oman app will expand its reach.
