Created as a side project by three friends, Rocket Client Management is appointment scheduling purpose-built for beauty industry professionals. Voice & Reason was hired to bring the solution to market by creating a digital sales campaign and conversion focused website.
Solution
AGILE METHODOLOGY FOR BUDGET CONTROL AND MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY The objective behind this project was simple and to the point. Rocket wanted to increase sales through an improved website and online advertising. Voice & Reason would propose the strategy and tasks best suited to achieving this goal within Rocket’s budget and timeframe. CRYSTALIZED TALKING POINTS Even though there are numerous selling points behind Rocket’s service, our team isolated and amplified only the top few. This reinforces ease and simplicity as the core tenets of the value proposition. A WEB EXPERIENCE DESIGNED TO CONVERT In addition to offering a low price that would never change, the Rocket team also offered the complimentary service of manually entering the contacts of their new subscribers. Our team maximized the perceived value of these benefits by turning them into coupon codes to be used at checkout. This move had the additional benefit of instilling a sense of urgency to sign up before the deal is gone. MEASURE AND REACT As online marketing campaigns are activated, we watch for patterns of engagement and are honing the words and images used within the advertisements across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels. Armed with information on the cost of customer acquisition, Rocket can plan for future growth with greater accuracy.
