A New Website and Digital Strategy to release Zoku to the world. In 2015, Zoku came to us with the proposition of a haven for business travellers and urban explorers alike – with the aim of becoming a melting pot of worldwide creativity through shared spaces, healthy eating, regular seminars and events, and their signature modular Zoku Lofts. To get their ambitious plans kickstarted, they needed an award-worthy website, bewitching booking system and killer digital marketing strategy. That’s where we came in!

The web experience provides a tastefully minimal aesthetic that ties in with Zoku’s own brand values of simplicity, along with a powerful flexible page builder system to keep new content fresh. New Brand, New Digital Marketing Strategies When we started with Zoku as a new brand, UP focused on growing brand recognition in key feeder markets in the UK and Europe. Promoting the brand, building up loyal guests and giving them great experiences at Zoku, this widened the reach even more. By being accurately aware of what Zoku’s guests want and value, UP’s digital marketing team were able to present the best of the brand to likeminded potential guests, and have driven sales from 120 different countries. Running on UP Booking Engine Zoku uses our in-house booking engine to take bookings online, making the user experience streamlined from start to finish. The ability to upsell with custom extras fit right in with Zoku’s core audience of mid-to-long stay guests.
