In 2008, Greensboro Imaging began hosting an event to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The hope was for Pink in the Park to be an opportunity to celebrate, honor and remember those in our area who have been affected by breast cancer. Now an annual event, Pink in the Park requires new signage and advertising each year to invite the local community.

Solution

BRANDING TBE has helped Greensboro Imaging grow and promote Pink in the Park since the event’s inception. We developed the Pink in the Park logo and brand identity, incorporating a pink tree to highlight that the event takes place in a park. True to the name, attendees are encouraged to wear pink to transform the park’s landscape into a sea of support. MARKETING We continue to provide full-service marketing and media support for Pink in the Park. TBE’s marketing specialists develop broad-reaching local TV and radio, local signage, paid digital display ads and a social ad campaign that encourages engagement with the Triad area breast cancer community. NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS During the 12th annual celebration in 2019, Greensboro’s mayor attended Pink in the Park to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
