Monster Incentive Xperience
Challenge
Engage and motivate a portion of the distribution channel that makes a massive impact on achieving sales growth but is often left out of the larger incentive program, which targets senior leadership.
Solution
Work with Coca-Cola, Monster’s distribution partner, to develop unique goals for each Coke Bottler and tailor those objectives around the activity that frontline sales representatives and similar roles can impact. Based specifically on the performance they delivered, the bottlers and their frontline teams earned a customized Monster Incentive Xperience (MIX) – which traveled to their location. Execute 16 unique and localized events onsite at the bottlers’ facilities. The greater the achievement, the larger the MIX was. Create direct alignment between the frontline teams and bottler leadership who were working to achieve a separate award, a deluxe travel experience to Costa Rica.
Results
7.6% of the target audience exceeded their sales goals. 6:1 roi with 200 winners per location
