Challenge

In 2016, Technocrat Monk completed a design and development of FunkiIndia. Online Ecommerce platform for t-shirts and ceramic products. The goal of the project was to move funkiIndia to user-friendly eCommerce portal and improve the website presence.

Solution

We developed funkiIndia through WordPress CMS. Our primary goal was to focus on the user-friendly website, which could help in sales. Solutions Technocrat Monk developed a plan with the primary goal in mind to design the website for easy navigation; improved mobile usability and attractive design with maintain the content management system. The team took a data-driven approach by using WooCommerce to track user click and interaction within the site to identify underperforming areas.
