Challenge
With the rise in technology there is a digital gap which is appearing between the technical and non-technical – a gap that will only grow if not addressed. Thermtest’s previous website was not able to accommodate their growth. It also had overloaded the user with technical information when searching for a product. The company was experiencing a low conversion ratio compared to the leads generated.
Solution
Working closely with the sales and marketing team at Thermtest, we created a simple design experience that allowed room to grow and focused on the key information users required to make purchase decisions. To help clients find the right device, we introduced a product finder that uses artificial intelligence (A.I.) to link complex sample types to the most suitable instrument.
Results
The final result combined sleek and intuitive navigation with refined design on all devices. Thermtest’s new website offers users a unique way of exploring and discovering available instruments. The users were able to find the correct product with ease. Conversions increased by 25% in 6 weeks, and the bounce rate on product pages decreased by 20%.
