Nespresso: The Perfect Gift
Challenge
Overview With so many options to choose from during the Holidays, Nespresso wanted to position itself as the perfect holiday gift. The campaign needed to appeal to American consumers while still feeling distinctly Nespresso. It also had to resonate with two audiences – existing customers and prospects. And we wanted to drive both in-store and ecommerce purchases.
Solution
Knowing that holiday shopping can be an emotional process rather than a rational one, we crafted a campaign that tapped into the feelings associated with the holidays. Solution A photo-shoot was staged to tell a visual story that would speak to the various people on a gift giver’s list. Homemade gingerbread men and paper craft Christmas trees alluded to the coffee as an experience that brings people together for the holidays.
Results
The Perfect Gift campaign helped drive purchases both in-store and via ecommerce.
