Solution
After performing an in-depth market analysis, competitor and site audit, the team developed a holistic search marketing strategy aimed at improving the client’s overall organic visibility for top targeted keywords, boosting site traffic and, ultimately, increasing conversions. The objective was to expand the company’s online visibility and target cities and towns in London in generating commercial and residential leads to the site. Extensive keyword research was conducted to determine which location-based keywords have high competition and keywords relevant to the services and expertise of the business. We identified gaps and potential areas to optimise the site in the market. Following keyword research, the team developed a comprehensive content development and amplification strategy focused on ranking for location-based commercial keywords as well as for top of the funnel keywords through inspirational content published on the blog. We implemented strategic link building solutions and ramped up outreach efforts considerably. Increasing the site’s total amount of links considerably from the start of our engagement to raise the overall authority of the site as well as traffic to the website. We leveraged internal linking and built relevant and organic links from authoritative sites to rank for competitive search queries. Apart from on-going content and link building activities, we continue to optimise and monitor listings and reviews on local business information and review sites. Technical and on-page SEO elements are monitored regularly to ensure the site is in par with search engines best practices and guidelines.
