Challenge
Retreat Behavioral Health is a premier inpatient and outpatient mental health facility that focuses on behavioral and mental health treatment throughout their 10 locations on the east coast. However, their website did not facilitate a great user experience. SEO Brand was tasked to create greater visibility while focusing on the user experience, empowerment and growth. Challenges that were identified: 1. Not ranking for high intent terms on page 1. Only ranking for 928 terms overall, whereas their top competitors were ranking for 2.1k to 5k keywords. More specifically, Retreat was only ranking for 114 keywords on page 1. 2. Average organic traffic was approximately 12,500 monthly visits. Average paid traffic was approximately 235 monthly visits. 3. Goal conversion rate was less than 1%.
Solution
1. Performed in-depth research. 2. Full website redesign and development for a better UI/UX. 3. Integrated a SEO strategy for technical, on-site, content and off-site. 4. Added multiple language functions. 5. Added compliance plugin, Userway. 6. Managed social media campaigns. 7. Restructured the Google ad account and leveraged an alpha-beta-delta bidding strategy. This included daily and weekly monitoring for identifying greater optimization opportunities and implementations.
Results
1. 823.8% increase in number of organic ranking keywords. Ranking for 8,573 keywords and 1,198 of those terms rank on page 1. 2. 132.5% increase in organic monthly traffic. Averaging 29,059 monthly organic visits. 3. 2,500% increase in paid monthly traffic. Averaging 6,111 monthly paid visits. 4. 104.9% increased in goal conversion rate to 1.05%. 5. Collected cleaner and more organized data through DAI and an improved UI/UX design. 6. Reduced bounce rate by 20.7%.
