The rapid growth of Booth Management Consulting in 2020, prompted the need for an updated careers section on the BMC website. An easy to edit interface was at the top of the requirements list.
Solution
Updated user interface with mobile friendly design. Update website core files to help protect against unauthorized site access. User ability to filter careers based on category. Base on existing site design and user feedback testing created a unique and easy to use careers section. Update concrete5 content management system to latest stable version. Build custom form with Google reCaptcha functionality to ingest application submissions. Button interface for users to filter jobs based on category.
Results
On project launch over 50 form submissions for open positions over a two-week span. First time website visitors improved 25% upon project launch.
