Challenge

After 7+ years on the market, SketchList3D, a woodworking software, had a small but dedicated user base and a ton of potential. The software was offering a 30-day free trial so that new users can check the features themselves and see the product in action. There were few challenges: harsh strong competition and low ranking on search engines; users not buying the product after the free trial expires; too much manual work for email campaigns and messaging that wasn’t always relevant for the receiver. Founder and CEO Dave Rozewski wanted to tackle these challenges and trusted Scopic to understand the key issues and help boost sales. SketchList 3D had a limited marketing budget and needed to be sure that every penny would be put to efficient use.

Solution

Scopic’s marketing team took the time to learn about the business, the software, target audience, unique value proposition and come up with a tailored plan. Our team optimized the website following the best SEO practices, revamped the content and design, making the website more user and marketing friendly. To be able to target different audiences and showcase specific features, we created several landing pages. These were used to support the paid ad campaigns as well as to educate, convert and serve as lead magnets.
