Natural Grocers has been in the organic business long before it was popular (62 years and counting.) To keep up with an increasingly competitive food retail landscape, we partnered with the national grocery chain to strengthen their digital marketing program.

Room 214 worked with Natural Grocers on a range of digital marketing campaigns promoting coupons on social media platforms that could be redeemed in-store. Our focus has been on Google search and targeted regional campaigns on DoubleClick, Facebook and Instagram.

Using a variety of platforms, we’ve been able to test and optimize for success using tools such as DoubleClick, Placed and AdAdapted, as well as social platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

With a total spend of five figures, campaigns like our almond butter promotion specifically drove coupon redemption rates of 35%. Compared to campaigns run previously, this particular program resulted in a 42% increase in coupon page visits and a 1031% increased return on ROAS.
