75 Kenmare is a boutique condo located in NOLITA with interior design by Lenny Kravitz’s design firm. Showcasing this property in the epicenter of NYC cool required a unique brand.
Solution
To meet the challenge, we created an aesthetic that blends modern luxury, rock influence and a gritty-chic feel and translated it through every medium. The eclectic layering of bold graphic forms with detailed metallic touches envelops potential purchasers in the NOLITA experience and features the property in the most alluring way.
