Challenge

Creme of Nature was preparing to launch a line of vivid semi-permanent hair color when they came to us for help generating interest and informing their customer base. They wanted the information to be educational while visually balancing the line’s bold color palette with natural tones to represent its infusion with moisturizing, pure honey.

Solution

THE ROBMARK STRATEGY Our experienced team of designers and programmers worked together to turn the ideas from the Creme of Nature team into a unique tool that would be both educational and exciting. We created easy-to-navigate website pages to display the various color shades of the new line. The website pages provide helpful insight on how to use the product while answering any questions that might arise. In addition, we designed an eye-catching e-blast to send out to the brand’s customer base complete with brief descriptions to educate subscribers and vibrant colors that echoed the line’s bold packaging.

Results

The e-blast generated significant engagement through calls to action that drove readers to learn more about the product line and GIF animation that featured models. The e-blast campaign resulted in 6,100 total opens and 560 clicks. Since being added to the website, the pages for this bold new hair color line have received over 100,000 pageviews. 6,100 e-blast opens 100,000 website pageviews
