Challenge
Saverio’s Authentic Pizza created a different weekly special each week that they wanted to communicate to their customers with as much reach as possible. With technology running through our veins, we knew we had solution right in front of us to utilize for this.
Solution
We came up with a digital strategy that would encompass the end consumer inside of a world where they can get information no matter the platform. This allowed the Saverio’s brand to see sustainable growth month over month. The execution of this digital strategy required multiple mediums to be created across the digital spectrum. Every step of the way Saverios’s was one step closer to the consumer. First and foremost, we needed to strategize for the future. Saverio’s needed a brand established for these new channels using the mediums associated. One such medium was audio. Facebook and Instagram were essential channels for Saverio’s as they had an established audience in order to create an audience for their new and upcoming channels. As their channels increased, so did their content. We needed to create content specific for each channel in order to get the best possible outcome. An Alexa Flash Briefing was as essential part of the Saverio’s Weekly Special experience. Each week a customer could ask Alexa for their Flash Briefing and Alexa would play a mastered audio clip with Saverio’s branded audio jingle as well as the weekly special. A key player in Saverio’s marketing strategy, SMS marketing allowed open rates that wouldn’t happen with email. 90% of their audience read the weekly special.
Results
The channels that were created set a solid foundation for the inevitable, an increase in sales using the new distribution channels at hand. 84% increase In the amount of pies made within a week
