Be A Keeper of the Maine Outdoors Mainers inherently love the outdoors, but the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife (MDIFW) faced challenges getting their messages across to non-consumptive users; a.k.a. those Mainers spending time outdoors but not purchasing hunting or fishing licenses.
Solution
MDIFW teamed up with Rinck to get the message out by creating a humorous campaign and a character to encourage Mainers to become ‘Keepers of the Maine Outdoors’. The NEXT click is a laugh. Rinck utilized humor through creative messaging to show MDIFW being more relatable to the general public, in turn increasing e-newsletters sign-up and potential future communications with non-consumptive users.
