Challenge
The Marquis Residences is a 67- story crystalline sculpture composed of three intersecting parallelograms sheathed entirely in glass. This luxurious residence was designed by the internationally acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica. The Board of Directors hired us to help them rebrand and reposition the Marquis brand.
Solution
The building had undergone extensive updates and upgrades and wanted to showcase the beauty of life at the Marquis. With this challenge, we conducted a complete video and photoshoot production showcasing this “Crown Jewel of Miami”. The content included aerial video and photography, as well as up-scale dining options and neighboring venues. This in addition to a new custom designed and programed website featuring a robust backend portal for residents and owners.
