Kinzer Partners-Refreshing the Brand of a Game Changer
Challenge
Kinzer Partners is a team of local commercial real estate brokers responsible for securing the headquarters of Starbucks, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Russell Investments. It started with namesake, Craig Kinzer, and landmark deals with the region’s major companies and institutions. Today, the team is grown to nearly 15 rockstar employees, still focused on community building through real estate. Kinzer Partners hired PRR to conduct a brand refresh to reflect its growth, including a new name, marketing suite, and website.
Solution
BRAND REFRESH Updated the company messaging platform, logo, marketing suite, photography, and social media channels. RESPONSIVE WEBSITE Designed a website to elevate the new brand and the Kinzer community-focused value proposition. STRATEGIC PUBLIC RELATIONS Engaged regional, business media and secured placements to celebrate major milestones. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT Researched and developed a workshop to identify, evaluate, and strategize around top targets. What's the Story with the Website? Kinzer’s website was last updated in the fall of 2010. Since then, there were advances in web design including responsive design for mobile devices, advanced search engine optimization (SEO) methodologies, and standard client-side languages like HTML5 and CSS3. The new Kinzer website was key physical component in the brand refresh. It launched in 2015 with updated team profiles and a video, sortable case studies, and a blog.
Results
All of the refreshed brand elements exhibit the innovative work, team of people, and spirit of community embodied by Kinzer Partners. PRR secured coverage for the brand launch announcement in the Puget Sound Business Journal and the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce. In addition, PRR designed an e-newsletter for Kinzer to send to a large list of past, present, and potential clients announcing the new brand, of which they received many congratulatory responses.
