Challenge
In celebration of Haribo’s 100th anniversary, Prime Marketing was tasked with distributing 300,000 product samples to consumers in the Toronto core.
Solution
Utilizing a guerrilla style sampling method we intercepted, engaged and educated consumers on the HARIBO brand, while improving Haribo’s overall Canadian market share. This program was at the forefront of sampling innovation as Prime was required to alter consumer engagement techniques to adhere to strict social distancing measures. These alterations included, mandatory personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves, maintaining 6 feet of personal space at all times and a stay at home policy should an employee experience flu like symptoms.
