Challenge
Signature Bank Chicago is a true, hometown commercial Bank that specializes in helping family-owned businesses. After years of steady growth, they decided it was time to re-fresh and expand their brand.
Solution
Through a brand refresh and website overhaul, we established “The difference is in the details” as the bank’s brand statement. Unlike many of the large national banks, Signature Bank knows it’s the details that make the difference between companies reaching their goals and falling short; between mediocre customer service, and exceptional customer service; and between a one-time deal, and a long-term relationship. Throughout their website and collateral, we positioned them as uniquely committed to serving local Chicago businesses. We used photography of Chicago “details” to show that Signature Bank sees the world, and Chicago, the same way their customers do, not just the skyline view—but at street level, through the details.
