Abbott Nutrition EleCare® Brand & Marketing Strategy
Challenge
Abbott Nutrition partnered with Origo Branding to help rebrand and position EleCare® as the clear choice when selecting a nutritional product for infants and children with GI disorders and severe food allergies.
Solution
With the goal to generate greater awareness and engagement around the benefits of EleCare, Origo developed a new brand strategy to position the product as a hypoallergenic nutrition powder to help infants and toddlers with hydrolyzed protein digestive problems. Once solidifying the brand strategy of The Clear Choice, Origo applied the new messaging and visual approach to a variety of patient and hospital marketing initiatives. This included the development of educational materials for parents, marketing tools for health professionals, and other outreach tactics.
Results
To help better connect with parents looking for a hypoallergenic nutrition solution, Origo developed and implemented a nationwide plan for a paid search campaign, connecting moms to a new website experience developed by Origo. Along with the new website, Origo crafted new sales and marketing initiatives that successfully promoted the benefits of EleCare, as well as differentiated the product from its competitors in the market.
