Challenge

SoftProdigy came to us with the goal of scaling their business - that is to generate more sales, increase ROI, and improve their relationship with their current customers. Their digital marketing efforts were out-of-focus and poorly planned. And although they had an in-house marketing team, they did not have the right tools and know-how; and communication was a problem. After a complete assessment of the client's goals and actual needs, we established that what they needed was improved SEO performance and a results-oriented content marketing plan. Solution

Our team of savvy marketers and veteran project managers had a deep analysis and inventory of SoftProdigy's current marketing assets and efforts in order to come up with a plan that doesn't start from scratch. We wanted to make use of what they currently had and improve it rather than totally recreating everything. We needed to work around a budget, so we created a few options and packages that would best suit their needs. In the end, the following strategies were executed and fulfilled: A cross-channel campaign. A highly-targeted paid advertising campaign was ran across all their social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The goal of the campaign was to generate leads and increase conversion. The ROI for each campaign was closely monitored. Underperforming ads were either eliminated or tweaked. On-Site Search Engine Optimization. To increase website traffic and therefore sales, we optimized their website to follow the latest SEO trends and strategies. Such strategies included incorporating the targeted keywords in their website content and improving the site's back-end structure. Content Marketing: Omni created a long-term content marketing strategy that will help SoftProdigy build a strong relationship with their audience through high-quality content. The strategy was also developed to help back up the SEO strategies we also created for them.

Results

Through our team's diligent work and genius strategies, the campaign drove significant outcomes to SoftProdigy’s bottom line. We streamlined the client's paid advertising campaigns, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization; and then handed it over to their in-house team to track and maintain.
